Who We Are Nobody here is learning on the job. DeVries Media was formed in 1993 by Tom DeVries, a veteran print and television journalist, and Barbara Stuart DeVries, an attorney. We have gathered a very strong group of experienced producers, photographers, designers and editors with whom we work, in Emeryville, California and across the United States and abroad. DeVries Media applies the experience of television professionals to delivering your message. We offer special expertise in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, and understand the special requirements of both the science and the regulated environment. Staff and Associates: Every television or video production requires a team of people with different skills: photographers, audio technicians, musicians, graphic designers, producer/writers, animators, editors.
